Two days conclave organized by CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) at Hotel Taj Palace, Delhi on 24-25th November ended on a positive note. The event based on theme Clean India - Skilled India - Strong India attended by 800 developers Chief Minister, Haryana and various minister of govt of India like M. Venkaiah Naidu,minister urban development, housing and urban poverty alleavation, Prakash Javedekar, minster for environment and forest, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, minster for skill development, Bandaru Dattatreya, minister for labour and employment, Piyush Goyel, minister for power , coal and renewal energy, Ram Kripal Yadav, minister of drinking water and sanitation, P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju, minister  for civil aviation. The all the minister assured the Real Estate bodies that coming decades belongs to real estate industry and Govt. is looking forward to bring all necessary reforms to boost the industry to meet with  Prime Minister vision housing for all by 2022. CREDAI   success model of Clean City model started by CREDAI Kochi and Zero solid west management in Magar Patta at Pune appreciated by all Govt. functionary and request were made to CREDAI to take up the clean & Skill movement countrywide.The Present Govt. has a lot of hope from CREDAI for fulfilling the dreams of common people. The CREDAI Odisha felicitated Memento for bringing one of the highest delegation in an event after Delhi NCR, Maharashtra and Gujrat.The Odisha become the first state in Eastern India to receive such felicitation on the national platform since the inception of CREDAI.
