Bhubaneswar,14^th August 2020 : CREDAI Odisha Expresses Appreciation to the Hon’ble Chief minister, Shri Naveen Pattnaik, Hon’ble Minister, H&UD Dept Shri Pratap Jena ,Principal Secretary , Shri G. Mathivathanan and the entire department for Release of The ODA Rules 2020, which is a breakthrough announcement beneficial to the entire Real Estate Sector. This Rule will be an economic catalyst post lockdown. The Rules made are transparent and RERA Compliant. This will benefit genuine players in the market to opt for higher FAR Announced upto 7, create more parking space, build eco-friendly and open spaces beneficial to the health and wellbeing of the owners. The Rules will benefit the entire sector, all stakeholders including apartment owners, individual house owners and make approval process quick and hassle free.
