Consumer Redressal forum of CREDAI ODISHA was nominated to attend the workshop organized by FICCI

The workshop on “Mediation on Consumer Disputes” organized by FICCI. Many state govt officials like Sri. M.S. Padhi , IAS , Commissioner cum secretary, Food supplies and Consumer Welfare dept, Sri Manoj Parida, IAS. Joint Secretary and Sri Goutam Chandra Nayak, addl secretary cum Director ,Consumer welfare dept attended the workshop. We as Consumer Redressal Forum of CREDAI ODISHA  was invited to join as a panelist . Sri Nisith Ranjan Nanda our member also being a member of Consumer Redressal forum of CREDAI ODISHA  was nominated to attend the workshop. His deliberation on how we mediate disputes arising between consumers and our members and many cases were solved , was highly appreciated by the invitees present there. This enhanced the recognition and credibility of the members who are members of CREDAI.
