In the recent past, the real estate industry has been despoiled in the news, more for its unclean affairs than being projected in the light of prolific businesses and contribution towards nation building. Most in the business have been the victims and facing the brunt rather than the few beneficiaries out there to spoil the game. Thus we aim to end the draconian arrangement and pave a way for better transparency which will thus make the Real Estate sector a bigger factor in the growth of the country.”

But unfortunately, the lack of it is hampering the growth of the Real Estate sector. People attribute the slowdown of the real estate sector to the high input costs on the part of the developer, which actually is nothing more than the inherent corruption in the system. Through this conclave we aim to cleanse the profile of the developer community and wish to bring in more transparency into the system. It is a time to ask questions, do a self-realization check, build a common goal, overcome the hurdles in its path and provide an impetus to redraw the growth of the industry.”
